When life gets crazy with remote learning, work or maybe a sick kid and responsibilities at home and work pile one on top of the other, it’s easy to let our health and fitness slip. Am I right ladies? Years go by and we don’t even realize how much we let slide by in our own health and fitness by caring for others.
A lot of us get to the point where SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE. 
For some, it’s pregnancy. For some, it’s menopause. For some it’s a decline in energy along with other aches and pains. For others it can be a scary health diagnosis. 
For a lot of moms, it can be the realization that after years of caring for others, they’ve neglected themselves.
If today is you day, I know what you’re thinking. This shit is hard. It’s difficult to know what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. And then. there’s that motivation and consistency key-especially when tackling this solo.
This is where I can support you. Meeting you right where you are today, defining a clear goal, actionable steps and guiding you along the way.
My goal is to guide you along your own yellow brick road. Finding that fit, healthy and happy place you deserve, and that has lived in you all along.

Each workout routine not only includes clear directions, but a quick demonstration for each move. Why train with me?

After years of weight and body image issues, I know all too well how it feels to be uncomfortable in your own skin.

In addition to my extensive continued education in effective, and efficient coaching methods, my passion for helping women feel validated, confident and empowered in their bodies is deeply informed by my personal journey.

The keys to creating lasting change are vulnerability, and consistency. Both are hard, and you shouldn’t have to do it alone.

Aside from my personal investment in your success, I also have years of experience in online training. Online training, although very effective and efficient, is quite different than in person training. Whether it is myself, or another trainer, I urge you to choose one who has training and education on safely training and supporting online.

My number one goal as a trainer is to keep you safe. The second? To make sure I do everything in my power to support you in achieving the fit and well life you desire and deserve.
