The backbone of STRONG for the Summer is based on breaking up with 'diet mentality' of needing to restrict and deprive yourself from foods that you enjoy and that are important to you.
I want you to feel empowered, confident, energized, vibrant and free.
There's no clean or dirty around here, or cheat meals either. This is a no rules zone!
What we will focus on instead is building habits and positive choices around the lifestyle you want to live.
What if I need to lose weight?
You're welcome at this table!
This program is designed to help women develop healthy habits and mindsets around nutrition and exercise.
I don't guarantee weight loss utilizing these principles, although it is possible.
However, this is a great foundation to really focus on your health, mindset and metabolism to set you up for amazing success in the fall without missing out on summer.

How much time will this take? I am busy this summer

Coaching lessons will take around 15 minutes each week, and q&a around 1 hour.
One of the reasons I am so passionate about this program is showing you how to navigate your nutrition and fitness around pool days, weekends at the late and vacations.

Meet your head coach!
I'm Natalie Guevara, certified Macro nutrition coach, functional nutrition & metabolism specialist, and your guide for your coaching experience.

I founded my signature program, Moderation through Macros, after years of struggling with hormonal imbalances, weight and body image issues, I know all too well how it feels to be uncomfortable in your own skin.

I spent years battling fatigue, gut issues, and autoimmune disorders only to feel like I was 'just going through the motions' in life.

My passion for helping women feel validated, confident and empowered in their bodies is deeply informed by my personal journey and backed by my extensive education in nutrition specific to women's unique lifestyle and hormonal requirements.
