Week One: Setting up for Success

Set yourself up for success:

This week we will create a clear picture of your outcome and start to understand the changes needed o get there.
We will do this by understanding where you are right now so you can take action to get to where you want to be.
It's important to understand your limiting factors and what's been holding you back (without judgement) and identify the behaviors that will create the change you're seeking.
All while incorporating your lifestyle and personal preferences.

Week one action items:

  • Watch the goal setting video.
  • Orient yourself to the app, portal and your check in sheet
  • Block of time for your success, calls, and movement

  • Set your goals and define your why. Get clear on it and remind yourself OFTEN.
