Macro Friendly Iced Sugar Cookie Latte!

Okay, this has been my favorite this season!

I've had a hard time converting to warm drinks from this one!

To order:

Grande Cold Brew

  • 2 pumps Sugar Cookie Syrup
  • 2 pumps SF Vanilla
  • Splash of half and half
  • Sugar Cookie topping.

To add a little protein replace the half and half with a helping of a vanilla protein shake. (I eliminate the  SF vanilla as well with this!)


80 calories, 10g of sugar! (adjust if using protein)
