This week you’ll be focusing on one of the most powerful tools of your journey, cultivating awareness around our food and our bodies.


Your task this week is to begin tracking! 

Step one: Pick your desired tracking tool.
Options:
  • Food journal hand-written
  • Photos via the UDW&F App: See instructions HERE
  • MyFitnessPal
  • Cronometer
  • FitBit

Step two: Start tracking your intake! Don't over-think it at all. Just begin tracking. Act as if NOTHING has changed to give us a clear starting point.

Step three: Log your Sleep, Hunger, Mood, Energy, Cravings & Digestion.
Rate each on a scale from 1-10.
If one seemed particular high or low, note why (if known)


Step 5: Custom macros will be calculated in your first check-in :)
