This workout is designed to leave you breathless.
- 1/2 mile Run (jog, or walk as needed) you can replace this with 5 minutes of cardio of your choice. (Jumping jacks, rowing at the gym, cycling, mountain climbers, jump rope etc.)
- 10 Jump Lunges (pulse as needed, or sub for walking lunges)
- 20 Full Sit-ups (modify with crunches)
- 30 Burpee Push-ups (elevate with hands on a bench, chair, or wall. Modify with stepping back instead of jumping)
- 40 Prisioner Squats
- 50 Mountain Climbers
